Love decorations? Attend a lot of weddings? The Wedding Decorator wants you!
If you’re a regular reader (and I actually don’t think I have that many), you’ve probably noticed my posting frequency has really dropped off. There is a good reason, and he’s only 6 and a half months in the womb so far. But it doesn’t help you out as far as ideas for your wedding!

I’ve put out a call for Wedding Decorator contributors in the past and haven’t gotten much of a response. But I figured I would try again. So, if you love to talk (and write) about decorations and flowers or you attend a whole lot of weddings….blogging here might be right up your alley.

I know there are a lot of folks out there who go to a lot of weddings. Yes, oh yes, this I know. I can name three people off the top of my head right now, including Hoang, an old high school friend of mine, pictured above, who go to way more weddings in one year than I have in my adult life. Hoang is one of those wedding attenders who naturally takes photos of the flowers and decorations at the weddings she attends, which is why a few of her photos have been featured here.

However, this time I am also opening this offer up to other decorators and florists. Did you just have a great wedding that you want people to see? Want to direct more people to your own website? This may be just the opportunity for you. I may not be knowledgeable about every type of flower out there, but I’m pretty good at writing in such a way that people are able to find these posts. As we all know, online — if you build it, its not guaranteed they will come. I’ll help make sure that if you build it, they will find it.

Congratualtions on your new little one in utero! Hope you’re feeling a lil better these days! I just came across your blogsite and I truely love it!
May I please ask you a favor? If you have the full shot of the table in the top pic (for a golden anniversary celebration) under “Flower arrangements for your headtable” could you please send it to me? I think the draping over draping effect is gorgeous!!! I’d like to see how you finished the full front.

I can sympathise with you regarding the lack of entries – the Wedding Industry keeps you busy Monday to Friday and on the weekends when most people have free time – we are busy at work !!
